Compressed Air, when well treated for delivery as dry and oil free air can be a low cost automation medium. However, when left untreated or partially treated and regulated it can equally prove to be an expensive and unreliable medium for automation energy and a drain on costs and equipment efficiency as well as equipment life cycles.

Ambarati Automation is a niche solution provider in the treatment and delivering of Compressed Air, tailor-made to the environment and delivery line configuration of our potential customers. We endeavor to filter, dehydrate, de-oil and regulate the compressed air from the compressor output point to the POU (point-of -use) through the Air delivery network of customers.

This is achieved by World Class business associations/Agency/Representation of highly competent manufacturers of Centralized Airline Lubrication and Electronic Pressure Regulation systems from HOERBIGER and Dehydration solutions from HANKISON.

Our Point of use niche positioning envisages use of compressed air driven Vacuum pumps based on the multi stage ejector design supported by a series of specialized Vacuum pads, robotic arm joints and suction cups as well as vacuum conveyors available in standard as well as highly innovative designs from V-TEC of South Korea.

Linear actuators in the form of air driven and electric, belt driven rodless cylinders from HOERBIGER of Germany, sold under their ORIGA brand range, complement our solution providing capabilities in liner actuation and automation components.

We welcome inquires for assemblies of vacuum circuits as well as for linear actuator solution assemblies like door opening and closing circuits.

We assist customers in positioning of Centralized Airline Lubricator ECOLUBE for their Air Line Loops such as Automotive assembly Compressed Airlines; which are our specialty having executed several supply projects to major automotive manufacturers like MARUTI SUZUKI, TATA MOTORS LIMITED, HERO HONDA.
